1. Who are we?

2. What does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority! Wosen always attaches great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end:
1)Firstly, we can provide CE,EN71,ASTMF963,CPSIA,ect European and American saftey test( Notes: Product test report is not targeted on the factory , if you need the test report of some related models, sample fee and test fee is charged for test organization).so for all the production process , we have standard rules ;
2).Secondly, we have QC team, two parts, one is in the factory to control producing, the other is as third party, inspect the goods for our customers. Once everything is ok, our documents department can book the vessel, then ship it.;
3)Thirdly, we have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happen again.
4)Finally, We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment, human rights and other aspects like no children labor, no prisoners labor and so on.
3. How can I get some samples?
We are appreciated that new clients pay for the courier cost for free samples.
For customized samples:
1) Need to provide detailed information (sample,picture,size, color, number, fabric name and other related details)
2) Sample: About 4-7 days, firstly, sample will be made for the customer to confirm that the sample model will be correct.
3) Sample cost: generally $40-$90(negotiable,according to different shapes/sizes ),the sample fee will be refunded if big order is placed.
