What is your payment term?

By T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment or the copy of B/L.

How much is the sample free ?

1) For our new customers, the sample cost is $70 per design. it will be refunded when the order
quantity is over 3000 pcs/style.
2) For our long-term relationship clients, the sample cost can be negotiable.

How long making the sample and Mass production lead time?

1) Sample time: 5 -7 working days;
2) Mass production time: Generally, 25-35 days depend to the order quantity and complexity.

What is your Standard Packaging ?

Each toy will be packed in a individual PPE bag, then will be put into the carton with certain
quantity, the carton size will depend on customers' requirments, or with our recommended of
reasonable size.

Which kinds of audits have you got ?

We have got the CQC audits.

Can you make a custom doll according to my requires?

Yes, you just need to send us a 3D picture or a detailed drawing picture of the doll.

Do you accept free sample and trial order?

Yes. We can provide you the free sample, but the delivery fee of sample is on buyer's side.Trial order is welcome.
